Object: Petition N. 0787/2010 submitted by CO.RE.ri on the bad se of the European Structural Funds, within the Regional Operative Program, for the financing of plants for the treatment of the organic fraction, and on the violation of the directives 2006/12/EC and 1999/31/EC concerning the location, construction and management of the landfills of Ferrandelle and Maruzzella in the Province of Caserta.
